Hannah Becker won the women's 6-kilometer individual title and teammate Klaudia O'Malley was second at the NCAA Division 2 Cross Country Championships at Abbey Golf Course in Saint Leo, Florida. Becker clocked 20:22 and O'Malley ran 20:26.9 for the Lakers, who placed five scorers in the top 36 to finish runner-up to Adams State by a 59-79 margin.
